Meet Mike Johnson,

At 16 years of age, Mike Johnson joined the National Guard, starting a lifelong passion for patriotism and serving the United States.
At 19 years old, Mike entered the janitorial industry when he cleaned for a local car dealership in Indiana back in 1993. While in the military, Mike’s sense of self-discipline grew and is reflected in the way he runs his business today. Veteran owned & operated, J & J Floor & Commercial Cleaning maintains a level of unwavering attention to detail, a skill learned while in the Army and adhering to the military standards for keeping the barracks' floors in tiptop shape by stripping & waxing them for 9 years.
When Mike left the army, he dove headlong into his passion for being a pillar of community in Bethlehem, PA, serving the Lehigh Valley region as Johnson’s Janitorial.
His focus and drive have made Mike into a great leader, as he learned from those around him by being a strong listener and learner. Impeccable professionalism and pride in his brand have built the J & J Floor & Commercial Cleaning company Into what it is today. Loyal, yet demanding clients, and his committment to 100% customer satisfaction, have developed Mike’s work ethic into what it is today.
